Welcome to a new year as you embark on a great journey in making music! You are going to be a member of one of the most exciting music programs in the San Marcos community. 

Being in the Woodland Park Band, is a privilege.  Every musician in the band is expected to meet the goal and high standards of conduct in and outside the band.

Regular careful practice is a must if you are to become a better musician. These tips will help you be great musician.

In the effort to become the best musician possible, band students at Woodland Park MS are expected to work to improve at each rehearsal. Daily practice at home is expected. If you need help, ask Mr. Schmidt. I am here to help you get better.

Band students attend lot of festivals or participate in any musical activity outside of school. Woodland Park MS students should follow these guide lines, during those time.
