Our band boosters are our back bone in helping students and their families excel. We meet every first Tuesday in the Band Room at 5:30 PM. Please join us and contribute to your child's success !!! 

Event Volunteers

Assist with organizing events, loading and unloading of props and band equipment for competitions and performances, etc  Good communications and organization skills, as well as availability, to attend the events.

Fundraising

Interacts with current and potential donors/ sponsors, researches and writes grants on behalf of Band Boosters. Excellent written and oral communication skills, understanding of grants (or desire to learn), comfortable speaking with donors/sponsors and the ability to present WPMS-Band favorably.

Social Media Manager

Manages web site information; regularly post events in website, twitter, face-book etc; manages social media, update photos/videos, manage email list etc. 

Classroom volunteers

Helps in the classroom with data entry, photo copy, organize files; measuring and distributing uniforms; helps with organizing other inventories; classroom management etc.
